Karaoke FAQ’s
You’ve got questions? We’ve got answers?
What are private karaoke rooms?
Private karaoke rooms at Elote means you & your crew get your own themed room to sing, snack, & be as extra as you want. No strangers, no long waits, no pressure.
Use your phone to browse our bilingual song library, build a playlist, and control the queue from your seat. Every room has mics, a big screen, great sound, and a dedicated server to bring food & drinks straight to you from our karaoke menu. It’s your party, your playlist, your mic.
What are your hours?
• Mon to Thurs: 11 AM to 10 PM
• Fri to Sat: 11 AM to Midnight

How do I make a reservation?
Request a room here or call us at (918) 582-1403. Once you book, you’ll get a confirmation email.
We recommend reserving in advance for weekends. Walk-ins are welcome when we have space, but not guaranteed.
How early should we arrive?
Please show up 15 minutes before your scheduled time so we can check you in and get you singing on time.
What if we’re running late?
We’ll hold your room for 15 minutes. You’ll still be charged for the full time, and we can’t extend your session if another party is booked after you. So sorry!
Is karaoke at Elote family-friendly?
Absolutely. We love kids, teens, grandmas, and everyone in between. Our private rooms are great for birthday parties, family hangouts, and celebrations of all kinds.
Just note: the rooms are 21+ after 7 PM on Fridays and Saturdays.
What if I need to cancel?
Please cancel at least 48 hours in advance using the link in your confirmation email or by calling (918) 582-1403.
Can we stay longer if we’re having too much fun?
If the schedule allows, yes. Just ask your server and we’ll do our best to keep the party going. If there’s a group after you, we’ll have to wrap it up on time.
How does payment work?
Everyone pays at the end of your session for karaoke time plus any food and drinks. If you booked a group rate, the room fee must be paid all together (not split between guests).
Do I need to tip?
We apply a 20% gratuity to all reservations in our Karaoke Rooms. Our team works hard to take great care of you. You're always welcome to add a little extra if you'd like, but it is not mandatory.
Can we bring outside food or drinks?
Outside food and drink aren’t allowed, but you can bring a cake or cupcakes for birthdays. Just bring your own plates, napkins, and utensils for serving.
Can we smoke or vape in the karaoke rooms?
Nope. Elote is a smoke-free space, including all karaoke rooms. That means no smoking or vaping. If you light up indoors, there’s a $200 cleaning fee.
Can we bring our own playlist or YouTube karaoke tracks?
Our karaoke system has a huge bilingual library that gets updated often. We don’t support outside playlists or YouTube videos in the rooms, but most songs you want are already in there. If you want to create a playlist in advance start here.
Is there a minimum time for reservations?
Yes. All reservations have a one-hour minimum. Most parties book for two hours, especially on weekends.
Can we decorate the room?
Yes, but keep it simple, the rooms are already incredible as is. No glitter, confetti, or anything taped to walls.
Can we request a specific room?
Absolutely. When you go through the reservation process, depending on availability, you’ll have the option to choose.
Is there a dress code?
No dress code. Sequins encouraged.
Is it loud?
Yes. In the best way. If you’re looking for quiet conversation, try our bar. If you’re ready to sing, laugh, and get loud, the suites are waiting.
Where do we park?
There’s free parking in the two-level lot at our sister restaurant, The Vault, between 6th and 7th off Cincinnati. There’s also plenty of curbside parking nearby. You can find direction to that parking here.
